PROFESSIONAL APPROACH
Runday is founded by Lisa Nauclér and Charlotte Karlsson, both athletes with over 15 years of competing and training on a professional level.

All exercises have been tried and tested in real life through Runday’s ongoing coaching program over the last 5 years. Over thousands of runners have participated in Lisas and Charlotte’s running clinics and evolved their running technique.

All exercises are carefully bundled into packages suited for different running experience and skill level; offering immediate improvement for everyone disregarding your entry level.

Each package of exercises is clearly marked with easy-to-understand iconography highlighting where the focus of the exercises lie; endurance, strength, speed or coordination.

CONTINUE TO EVOLVE
The packages of exercises are structured in an order so that it is natural to continue onto new exercises once you master the techniques and skill sets required. Each package come with a recommendation on where to continue.
